    PRENATAL YOGA

    This 50-minute prenatal yoga class is thoughtfully structured to support you throughout every trimester and adapted to your unique needs each day. Whether you’re feeling energized and ready for a modified power flow, or craving stillness and deep rest, this class offers space for both movement and restoration.We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and close with guided meditation, inviting you to pause, turn inward, and deepen your connection with your baby—and yourself. Each session is a nurturing blend of nervous system support, mindful movement, and intuitive self-care.

     

    Come as you are. This is your time to soften, strengthen, and be held- preparing both body and mind for labor and birth.

    BIRTH DOULA

    During Pregnancy:

    Personalized prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, answer questions, and help you prepare.

    Assistance in creating a birth plan that aligns with your values and desires.

    Evidence-based information on pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery.

    Emotional support and encouragement throughout your pregnancy.

     

    During Labor & Birth:

    Continuous presence and support from early labor through birth, offering reassurance and guidance.

    Comfort techniques such as breathing exercises, massage, positioning, and relaxation methods.

    Advocacy for your birth preferences while ensuring clear communication with your care team.

    Partner support to help them feel confident and involved in the process.

     

    After Birth:

    Immediate postpartum support to ensure a smooth transition into parenthood.

    Assistance with initial breastfeeding, newborn care, and physical recovery.

    Emotional support as you adjust to life with your new baby.

    As birth experience is unique, my goal is to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental care tailored to your individual needs.

    POSTPARTUM DOULA

    My very first priority is to keep you nourished, supported, and safe. My role is to hold space for your healing, your rest, and your transition — with compassion, presence, and care. 

     

    Assistance with feeding, newborn care, & physical recovery.

     

    Listening support as you process, reflect, and share your birth story.

     

    Recommendations on how to create a sacred space for you and baby to bond and rest.

     

    Caring for baby while you tend to yourself & practice self care.

     

    Support in setting boundaries with family & friends.

     

    Help organize and clean the home.

     

    Care for other children to keep them entertained, as well as help them cope with the transition.

     

    Help the partner develop a relationship with the baby.

     

    Emotional support as you adjust to your new normal, including assessing for any signs of postpartum anxiety or postpartum depression.

     

    Referrals for any needs outside of my scope of practice.
